Tell me a little about yourself
Hi, I’m Julie Binder and my company is
J Binder Design. I live with my husband on
a working farm in Mundon, Essex. It’s great
as this is where I get lots of my inspiration from.

What is the best part of your job?
Creating something my client loves and is proud to show off which leads to more business for them. Their company image is important as it’s the first point of call for any potential new client.

What makes J Binder Design unique?
I provide a design service individual to each client and will keep in contact with them every step of the way. I offer a fresh approach, new ideas, inspirations and solutions to their design needs. The personal touch is definitely the best!

Why did you start up your own company?
I have always loved designing and wanted to put to good use the skills I have learned and developed over the years. It's great meeting lots of great people along the way and also very exciting that I can put my many ideas 'into action'.

What are your future plans for J Binder Design, any new developments?
It has developed a lot since the start and the plan is to expand further providing more services, including selling some of the t-shirts I have designed online - 'Southey Creek'.

Where did the name ‘Southey Creek’ come from?
Funnily enough, there is actually a place called Southey Creek and it’s right here in Mundon, Essex.

What areas do you cover?
I can provide design services for any area - UK or abroad.

Can you provide printer services?
I use a selection of printing companies who provide quality printing and deliver on time.

Can you help with my printing queries?
Yes, having worked in the printing industry for many years, it has given me lots of useful knowledge of the print process and the ‘jargon’.
